About the Role:

This is a permanent position working across a broad range of small-to-medium sized projects within a dynamic corporate setting.
The role is replacing a much-loved team member, so we’re looking for someone who will bring both capability and great energy to the team.
This isn’t a box-ticking role - we want someone with real-world change management experience, the conviction to stand their ground, and the people skills to bring others along on the journey.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–3 years of practical corprate change experience 
• Exposure to multiple projects and the ability to juggle variety with ease
• Confidence to educate and influence stakeholders on the value of change
• A genuine, engaging personality – strong, but kind
• Someone who thrives in a small, close-knit team
