My client is looking for a strong Business Analyst -
to join their team and play a key role in driving process improvements, identifying efficiency's, and providing data-driven insights.
🔍 About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will provide 12 months maternity cover, however the workload is significant so likely to be longer and could lead to a permanent role.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyse , document, and improve business processes, products, and services. You will be instrumental in supporting the execution of strategic projects
and ensuring that business decisions are based on accurate insights and data-driven analysis.
👥 Key Responsibilities
✅ Collaboration & Analysis
- Initially be involved in a large Contractor Management System implementation
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Elicit, analyse, specify, and validate requirements for business process improvements.
- Create user stories, prototypes, wireframes, and other documentation.
- Support Quality Assurance in developing and executing test cases.
📌 What You Need to Succeed 🔹 Experience & Skills (Essential)
✔ 3+ years of strong business analysis experience in a large Enterprise
✔ Strong stakeholder engagement & creative problem-solving skills
✔ Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
✔ Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
✔ Understanding of Project Management & Software Development Life Cycles
