We’re hiring a Technical Consultant – AIX Specialist
to join our dynamic Managed Services client who we’ve been partnering with for years!
Based in either Wellington, or Auckland
The Role
- Focus on AIX Monitoring, Maintenance & Support —grow your skills into cloud technologies like AWS & Azure!
- Engage in hybrid work: a mix of home, office, and occasional customer site visits.
- Contribute to daily operations while dipping into exciting project work to expand your expertise.
- Solid hands-on experience in
- AIX Linux/Unix, networks, storage TSM|IBM, and firewalls.
- Scripting and automation Terraform, Ansible, Puppet
- Database management SQL Server, No SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL,and Data Virtualisation Splunk, ELK
- Monitoring tools like Elastic or Grafana
- Building DevOps and CI/CD practices/pipelines along with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Git
- A can-do attitude, passion for tech, and the ability to consult with both business and technical stakeholders.
